I encountered numerous issues. The reception staff struggled with English. The hotel had a distinct cigarette smell that lingered in the lobby and hallways, unpleasant. The thin pillows were particularly uncomfortable, and I found the overall cleanliness to be questionable.

Amazing place, it was perfectly clean and had attentive staff like the manager. The location was great and best possible, on Taxi's explaining the driver where to take us, in the calm area. Also, Mellor Cross was 4 km away.

booked a room with a jacuzzi & sauna. the location was good, with restaurants and bars close to the hotel. higashi-shinjuku metro station was 5 min away.

Loved how quirky and gorgeous the property was and its best staff like the manager. Absolutely perfect and favourable location near metro station, met the criteria. Shinjuku Ward district was worth exploring.

The access to top landmarks like shinjuku gyoen national garden and the samurai museum made my stay enjoyable as a weekend traveler, where a central location is key for city strolls and park views.

We had such a fun time with the in-room karaoke and the lovely sauna. The room was spacious, and we even enjoyed the variety of drinks in the mini bar. There was a slight whiff of smoke in the corridor, but it didn't bother us too much. Just a heads-up for others 🎤

The Beautiful Queen Room was spacious, really comfy, and had an amazing walk-in shower. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna right in our room! It reminded me of pure luxury after a long day exploring Tokyo. The staff were super responsive too, fixing our TV issue with a smile. We didn't even use the karaoke, but just having it there was a fun touch!
